1. Our Commitment

Certified ACA Plan is committed to complying with all federal and state Do-Not-Call (DNC) laws. We respect the privacy of our users and their right to decide how they receive telemarketing communications.

2. Express Written Consent

When you submit your telephone number on our website, you are providing "express written consent" to receive telemarketing calls and SMS/MMS messages from us and our partners, even if your number is listed on a federal or state DNC list.

3. How to Opt-Out

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. To be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call List, you can:

• Email us at hello@certifiedacaplan.com with "DNC Request" in the subject line and include the phone number you wish to exclude.
• Reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us.
• Inform a live representative during a call that you wish to be placed on our DNC list.

4. Processing Requests

We will process your DNC request as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be fully implemented across all our systems and those of our partners.
